When emailing documents from within Office apps using File...Send To...Mail
Recipient (as Attachment), there seems to be a bug. If the mail (which says
it is HTML in its unsent form) is sent without any body text, the received
message is in Rich Text format. If body text is typed into the mail, the
resulting email is correctly delivered in HTML format. I'd like to figure
out what can be done because our graphical email signature requires HTML mail
format in order to display correctly. Does anyone know a way to fix this
behavior? Or is it a bug/known issue?
