Emailing Documents

R

rssll79

The question I have is that I have Windows Home Edition Office on my computer
(trial edition). I prpared a document and emailed it to one of my email
addresses and it worked fine. Now I am trying to prepare another one and when
I click on email it isn't highlighted only the fax email. Now I went out and
bought the Windows Office Installation disk and it is doing the same thing.
Does any one have an answer to this problem?

Okay, you have a couple of things wrong. There is no such product as
"Windows Home Edition Office" (trial or otherwise). You undoubted have a
trial of some edition of Office. Are you trying to use Outlook to send your
mail or some other email program? Which version of Office (XP, 2003, 2007,
etc) do you have?

Would you not guess she has the "Home and Student" version. Of course
that does not address what version.

I have Office Home and Student 2007. I am not trying to use Outlook just the
Word 2007. I am trying reword an attachment from an email that I received and
email it to a friend using Word 2007. If you know how what other
possibilities can I use? Because when i download the attachment in my email
it opens up the Word 2007.

I am still a bit confused. Bear with me.

You are using Word 2007 and you received a Word document from one person and
want to edit and then send it to someone else but not as a Word 2007 file?

I purchased the Office Home and Student 2007 and it won't let me email it out
as an attachment like how I received it in my email. What I want to know is
how do I change some information on the attachment and use it on the emails
that I send out?

I don't know what difference it will make to send it as a Word 2007 file I
just want to be able to email it anybody.

Then save it as a *Word 2003* document.

You need to open the Word doc, edit it, save it (like I said in the other
post) as a Word 2003 file. Then start your next email and attach the file.
