I wanted to setup a shortcut to send two files to email recipient, weekly.
So I composed an email and attached the files to the email then saved the
email to my desktop. Now I believed that any time I needed to email these to
particular files, I could just click on the saved email from desktop.
The attachment files were later edited (Excel) . The next time I clicked
and sent the email with attachments, it sent the original attachments, not
the edited ones, so it appears to me that at the time the email is saved, it
creates copies of attachments at that point in time. I want to send the
updated ones. How can I make it get new copies of attachments at the time it
sends, not the time the email is created?? I s there a better way to tackle
this rather than a saved email file? I realized I could go thru all steps
and create new eamila with updated attachments each time, but I really want
is a one or two click operation that others could do without knowing file
names or paths.
