Emailing Large files.

In Outlook 2003 when I email a large file, like a small video, outlook sends
the file, then continues to resend over and over until I stop it. How can I
stop this.

Thanks so much

The one and only time I saw this was because the message was not actually
sent completely. Normally a message is sent and it either goes without a
hitch or it encounters a problem and sends you a delivery failure
notification. In this case however, the message is not completing the send
process (it hangs up on the data or a part of the data) and essentially
starts itself over again. I don't have a long term solution for you, but try
zipping these files and see if they go any easier. Cheers.

Try increasing the server timeout value on the Advanced tab of your account
properties pages and the send/receive interval on
Tools>Send/Receive>Send/Receive Settings>Define Send/Receive Group.
