Emailing My Documents folder

Is it possible to email my entire My Documents folder to
another computer in the office? We want to save it to a
Zip disk but my computer doesn't have a Zip drive. However
I can't seem to attach the folder as an attachment to my
email (I use Outlook 2000). Any suggestions?

Select the items in the folder, right-click and choose Winzip | Add to Zip file. You can get Winzip from http://www.winzip.com
