emailing reports

I have just implemented an Access database for an org I
belong to. I need to email committee chairmen mailing
labels for them to print on label sheets. Most of the
chairmen do not have Access on their PC's so I thought
I'd just 'Publish to Word' and attach to an email. I
have no problem doing the label report, but when
I 'Publish to Word' the formatting is changed so that it
won't print correctly on Avery 5160 label sheets. Can I
email the Access report so that Word can open it? What
else can I do besides doing a mail merge from Word? The
chairmen (and the eventual DB administrator) won't be
real computer savvy, so I need to keep it simple. Thank
you.

Kaye,

Another possibility is to send them as "snapshot" reports.
I don't know if snapshot scales the output image. Some
testing would be required to ensure the labels line up
with the output.
The snapshot viewer is free (available from microsoft.com).

Export the report to using the snp file extension option.
(certainly available in access 2000 and XP - not sure
about '97)

Failing that, if they don't have Access, I'm out of ideas.

HTH,

Terry
