I have emailed many documents from my Office 2003 but this time, no form
appears to add in the email address, subject, etc.
Tried to send document, send as attachment - still no form appears.
And, no Help item addresses this problem and could not find the email
address form on the forms listings.
Would apprecciate any suggestions and that MSoft follow up on this problem
to resolve it. Meanwhile, I just copied the text and sent from my hotmail
account.
