Emailing Voice Over That is already Recorded and Saved on CD

I have a presentation all set up and it includes the recorded voice over.
When I play it on my computer is looks and sounds great. But when I email
the presentation it the presentation automatically starts but without the
sound. I even tried redoing it with the voiceover downloaded to my hard
drive. HELP!!!!!
