Emails are arriving as an attachment

I have a client who states that when she sends emails from Outlook,to some
people, that they receive the email as an attachment. I had her send me one
and it came thru just fine. I had her check to make sure that format was set
to html and word was removed as editor to no avail.. Googling it does not
bring much help. Thank you

Make sure she sends the message in Plain Text or HTML and not Rich Text.
