Emails automotaically send to unintended recipeints

Recently sent mails are being automatically forwarded to
unintended recipients.

For example if a send an email to person A, it sometimes
get forwarded to person B (another person in my address
book, most of the time recently used email address)

Pls. solve .

Using MS Outlook and have re installed the mail browser
several times, but the problem remains.

Have you run a full scan with your antivirus software? (make sure it's a
relatively recent version and you keep it updated)

Also, can you reproduce the problem when you try?

What version of Outlook do you have? What sort of mail account(s)?
