emails+contact folders

Can anyone help me ? My pc recently broke down and i have
got a new one from a friend and installed all my new stuff
on it. I want to know if i can transfer my old emails and
contact lists to my new pc outlook folder. i can only
access the old hard drive if i use it as a slave on the
new pc and can access all the folders and files. Is there
any way to copy them from the old hard drive to the new
one as i cant actually run the old outlook.
