When sending emails I associate them to a project and a copy is sent to that project. When I delete my sent items and then delete my deleted items the emails are also then deleted from the project folder. If I drag the emails from the sent items, or deleted items, and then delete the email from the computer, they are not deleted out of the project folder. This is a real issue as I don't have time to drag all the emails across and I hope there is a way around this without leaving thousands and thousands of emails in my deleted items folder. TIA. Don
