emails don't have the senders text

One of my contacts, when responding to my emails, does not have his comments
included in his replies to me. His replies look just like the message I sent
to him; except of course they are coming from his email address. It is as if
something is striping out his text. I am using Office 2003 Professional and
Home XP. Thanks in advance for your response. Norm

You're not the first person to report this and, so far, I've not seen any
definitive answers.
