Emails duplicated

We're using Outlook XP in an Exchange 2000 server
environment. One user is having 2 problems with her
Outlook. The first problem involves a rule that she has
set up to forward any messages that have the subject,
first fax, to several people. Since last Thursday, every
time that a message arrives with the "first fax" subject
it has been forwarded to those people 3 or 4 times. So
each person gets 3 or 4 copies of the same email. I've
tried creating a new rule and it does the same thing,
forwarding 3 or 4 copies of the same email. Any idea
what's causing this?

The second problem that she is having (which may be
related to the first problem) is that when she deletes
some emails they get duplicated as well. Not every email
gets duplicated when deleted from her Inbox, just some
emails. And it appears to be random. Any clue to fixing
this?
