Emails get bounced back sometimes

Maurice Samueks

I have a mailbox that was removed from the active directory and then
put back in brand new with the same settings. Now certain emails get
bounced back with the error message

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'William Henderson' on 5/15/2007 9:00 AM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the
recipient directly to find out the correct address.
<terra.jacobstern.com #5.1.1>
But if I resend this email from that same user it will go through.
This only happens to internal users, but it do not happen to every
internal user. Any reason why?

Honestly, I would ask over in one of the Exchange newsgroups, but it sounds
like one of the AD servers needs to have replication forced.
