Emails going to Contacts instead of Inbox

I have a user who tried to save a lsit of email addresses from an email by
dragging it to her Contacts area from the Inbox. Now all of her emails are
going there. Can you help me fix this?

I have tried highlighting emails and dragging them back to her Inbox through
the mail, but it just moved those and does not send new emails into the
Inbox. The two of us in our IT department and our executive director have
not seen this before and neither has our email host provider.

Did you check Rules & Alerts to see if she tried to write a crazy rule
moving em to Contacts folder? Wouldn't think this was possible but it looks
like it may be.
