Emails headers not showing up when printing

Outlook 2000

Problem: When you display the email, it looks fine,
print screen looks fine, when you actually print, The
Header information does not print. The From, Sent(date),
To, Subject - does not show up.

I have checked Page settings, Memo setting etc...
can't seem to find a solution.
