Hi all, having a weird issue with one user and would appreciate any insight.

Problem user = Sarah

-Sarah gets a blank message body when receiving emails in html format from
certain domain. She can see the sender and subject.
-emails in question appear blank in both Outlook 2003 and in OWA...including i
OWA is checked from a different PC.
-emails are visible by Sarah if the message from this domain are sent in plai
or rich text
-if the sender in question sends the same problem html email to othe
recipients at our company, it comes through fine for everyone but Sarah.
-Sarah can receive html emails from other senders
-Sarah has XP Pro SP3, Outlook 2003
-Sarah has no evidence of a virus/spyware infection, and her mcafee viru
protection is up to date.

Thoughts on what to check? Issue is recent...it used to work fine for her o
this PC.

Thanks!
