Emails missing after PC reset

can anyone advise how to retrieve emails after a PC reset. I was able to find OST files, but the most recent one was from June of 2024.

You can try tools such as DataNumen OST to PST Converter to convert the OST file to PST file, then check if the earlier emails are available.
