emails missing fm folders when viewing Hotmail acct thru Outlook 2

I recently purchased a new laptop and set my OutLook 2007 up to read my
hotmail through there. I just noticed that there are many items that appear
in folders when I am viewing my account through Windows Live, but are missing
when I go over to OutLook to view my account there. Any idea what could
cause this?
