Emails Not Saving in Sent Items at Random

I am working with someone whose sent emails are not saving in Outlook's Sent
Items at random. Some emails are saved, and some are not. We've not
recognized any sort of pattern.

She is using Outlook 2003 with an Exchange server account.

I already have notes to check the Save Replies with Original Message setting
and to check that the Current View isn't blocking anything. I haven't been
able to check them out on her PC yet, though.

Other than those settings, does anyone have any suggestions for other things
I can check?
