emails received in plain text only

Hi all

a very weird thing is happening
I have OL 2002, I'm in an exchange environment, and all the emails I receive (I'm sure some of them are html formatted) are displayed in plain text
Do you know what could be the reason?

You might want to try this and it should clear up the problem.

Go to TOOLS-->OPTIONS-->PREFERENCES-->EMAIL OPTIONS--Under "Message Handling
you should see a check box called "Read all standard mail in plan text" You
want to make sure this is not checked.

Thanks Tedd, but I think that this option is a new one available just in OL2003, in OL2002 it doesn't exist .... :
