Can anybody help please, We are running Outlook 2000 on
client machines (not running Exchange), and certain users
experience problems receiving emails. The emails come in
without any body text. It can be a random occurrence. If
emails are forwarded or replied to the same users, they
receive the body text without a problem. We also
experience this when we use McAffee anti-virus with email
scanning enabled. Certain messages get put into a
Quarantine folder and the body text get removed. We are
not sure if the two are connected.
