emails remaining in outbox

I am attempting to successfully map my in box to my juno internet account and
use my emails from my computer to go out through outlook I continue to get
errors and my mail seems to not be sent. I do have a firewall. Is there
some change I can make and can you send me verification of the actual set up

What version of Outlook do you have? Do you get error messages when you try
to send? If so, what is the exact text of the messages?
