Emails send repeatedly to the same person

Some of my emails, usually with attachments will continue to resend and stay
in the Outbox continously. Over and over, hundreds of times if I don't catch
it.

Please help me, maybe it is a simple fix I can learn about.

Are you using an antivirus that scans outgoing email? If so, disable it.
