Emails sending in chinese?? Help!

When replying to emails, and checking it in sent items, the message will
appear in chinese characters. The recipient aslo receives the email in
chinesse.

Its written in english, but once its sent it alters to a diffrent language.

Any ideas???

I had this same problem.
If you are using Bullguard, this is the explanation:
Bullguard Live Support advised me to switch of Spamfilter
as there is a bug in the latest update last week.
