emails sent with oulook 2003 but not recieved by recipients

I can send email and they are recorded in the sent folder, but seem to into
cybersapce. I recieve no error messages. I can go to my ISP web site and send
emails from their but is very time consuming and make it very hard to do
simple and quick reply to email. I have checked and recheck my email account
settings they seem to be correct. I have no trouble recieving email through
outlook.

Do you mean if you send to the same receipient from web access they go
though, but not when sent in Outlook?

Yes, I have no trouble sending emails by going to ISP (internet service
providers)email Web page. I actually have two ISP's and I can send emails out
of both using the email function on their Web site.

No errors. When I do the "Test account" in the account set up window it run
through the check with no problems. I don't get a email sent to my Inbox,
which I think is suppose to happen. DL thanks for help so far.

I am runing Windows Visita OS, so I setup my email accounts in Windows Mail.
The same thing happens; the email seem to be sent out to recipients (me being
one of them), email is recorded in the sent folder, but the emails never
arrives (somewhere in Cybersapce).

And when you go to the web mail interface are your test Mails & the ones you
sent to yourself visible there?

If so, uninstall any intergrated anti virus software, reboot, retest
