emails stopped showing

My emails were arriving fine, then suddenly they stopped coming even though I
knew people or companies were emailing me. I did not change any of the
settings. I do not think that my emails are going out either. What do I do
now? Have outlook 2003. Thanks for any help or advice in advance! 03user
