Emails straight to contacts?

Is there a way to direct an incoming mail to a contact´s folder?

Thanks Roady

When you open a contact and you have a view where you can enter name and
address. At the bottom you have a large area where you can enter text. Now
some of my contacts have an email envelope there and by clicking it you can
open the email concerning this person. I have no idea how they got there and
I have not found a reasonable means to forward them there either???

This space is for additional objects for the contacts. These can be files,
mail items or links to other objects/files. You can add them there manually
or are created there automatically like a calendar appointment which is a
link to the contacts birthday.
