emails stuck in outbox

Hello,

we have an Exchange 2000 server, the problem is on a Windows 2000
workstation running Outlook 2000.

Emails appear to be getting stuck in the outbox but not all emails, this
user has to send on behalf of other people, i.e.. putting a different users
name into the 'From' field, its only these emails that appear to be getting
stuck, but even though they are still in the outbox the recipient still
receives the email! very odd.

Any Ideas? have tried removing and reconfiguring the outlook profile.
