Emails to outlook?

Hi
What is the logic to get your emails to Outlook contacts. I am asking
bacause sometimes they seam to appeare there by themselves and sometimes
not?

You mean that e-mails get delivered to your Contacs folder? Go to Tools->
Wizard Rules and see if there isn't a rule configured that could cause this
like a rule that says; When a message is received from <name> move the
message to <folder>
