Providing only read/view permission of the email account to the user. (like Senior wants PS to only view his emails and not to respond or do action)

I have to configure our Managing Director's email account on her PS desktop using outlook 2016. However, we don't have Microsoft exchange , I am unable to restrict the rights on the email account. If I configure the email account PS will get full rights of the account and I cnt see any permissions related tab in Outlook 2016.
Can anyone guide pls.
