I ahve found that emails from one particular user appear normally in the
inbox, but if printed, give an almost blank printout, ie From: To: Sent: and
Subject headers appears, but no names against these titles and no message
body at all. Messages from all other users print out normally. All users
have the same version -2002 sp3 -is there any setting on the senders machine
that could possibly cause the recipient to be unable to print the email?
