Emails will not send!

When I try to send emails to addresses that I know are legitimate, the System
Administrator sends "Undeliverable, 553 sorry, relaying denied from your
location". I have sent test emails to myself and others with my same email
server (feinbergpr.com) and those work, just not the emails to outside
servers (example- [email protected])

?!?!?

Configure the e-mail account defined in Outlook to authenticate to the
SMTP server.
