Emails won't convert to Adobe pdf.

In Outlook, when I try to convert either individual emails or a folder to
pdf, I get an error message that says 'skipped'. Works for my supervisor but
not me.

Since Outlook cannot convert anything to PDF, you must have an add-in that
performs that function, like PDFMaker included with Adobe Acrobat. Ask the
vendor of the add-in.
