emails wont send

i use windows 7, microsoft office 2007 trial. i am having trouble sending
emails. they sometimes go (rare) abut mostly they just sit in my outbox. can
anyone help?

If you press F9 do they go or do you get an error of any kind?

What kind of e-mail account is this? POP3? IMAP? Exchange? Something
else?

Do you receive e-mails o.k.?
