Embed excel spreadsheet in an access form and don't show its toolb

I have an excel spreadsheet embeded on an access form. I need users to be
able to activate the spreadsheet to change the value etc... I can activate
the spreadsheet but when i do so the excel toolbars appear. I don't want the
excel toolbars to appear when i activate the spreadsheet.
