Embed file prompt for graphics

Why doesn't Frontpage bring up the "save embedded file" prompt when I save the page? It's supposed to do it automatically. I am trying to publish a photo gallery/slide show page on my website... the page comes up on the net, but has the white boxes where the pictures should be... the Frontpage "help" says that the prompt is supposed to come up automatically upon saving the page. Any help would be much appreciated

You need to import all image or any other files into the current open FP web
(File Menu | Open Web) before using them within the web.

Thanks for the input Thomas

The pictures don't show up in the ftp window to transfer them, because they aren't "embedded". I have other pictures on the site that when building the page, the embed prompt came up, I did, and then they were made availabe to the ftp. I can't figure how to make that prompt come up... it either does or it doesn't. According to the "help" it's supposed to come up automatically when you enter a graphic onto the page. I'm confused as to why it doesn't do it every time. Any other ideas? Thanks!

You can avoid the issue completely, by always importing the images into the
current open FP web prior to using them on your pages.
