embed or copy to cd not including sound

Hi I am trying to put a small power point show together to email to
somebody, so will just open up and play.

using 2003 powerpoint.

I had used the copy to cd, and copied to a file, then sent the file, but
this did not include music,

I can not find how to embed the music, that is on my hard drive, seems to me
the old pack and go was way easier to use.

Tim,

You cannot embed movies. To help with transfer to CD process and prevent
loss of the link, create a new folder and place both the ppt and movie in
that single folder. Re-link the movie in ppt.
