Embed Powerpoint & view whole presentation in sent merge document

I want to send a mail merge document that has an embedded presentation, then
have the recipients be able to view the entire presentation - at the moment
recipients can only see the first slide. If you have a suggestion for
another way of sending the presentation that would also be welcome.

They'd have to activate the presentation (by ctrl+clicking, IIRC)
