Embed screen shot of calendar in email

I would like to take a screen shot of one day on my calendar and embed that
into an email. How do I do this?

Alt-Printscreen, Edit, paste, and then crop the image

If you use Outlook 2007:

- Right Click the Calendar Folder (the icon on the left side of the screen)
- Select SEND VIA E-MAIL...
