Embed screensaver into database

I've seen several topics on the 'Net with instructions on embedding
screensavers, specificially the SysInternals BlueScreen screensaver
into a vba project. These topics are referencing older versions of
Excel.

I am unable to implement this an Access 2003 project. Has anyone been
successful in doing this, and how what procedure and code would I use
to accomplish this?
