embed static data from dynamic Web page into opened template

Each week people must go to certain Intranet Web pages (static URL but
dynamic by week) to cut and paste yield numbers into PowerPoint pages. It
would save a considerable amount of time to have a template which
automatically pulls the data from the Web pages as static data (not as a
link). How would I create a template to do this?
