Embed User Login Box

I am using a standard form (Frontpage 2002 server extensions IIS 5.1) to
gather information and the confirmation page requires a user name and
password.

Is it possible to embed the user name and password box into the form so they
don't see the pop up athentication window?

I'd like to keep it on one page with the user name all ready entered
(hidden) and all a person needs to do is enter the password and click the
log in button and they are then sent to the confirmation page.

Hi,

Unless you have permission at the file system level the visitor should not see any challenge / response for userid and password.
