Embedded Excel Sheet

Is it posible to have a grid in Infopath linking with an Excel sheet.
Infopath would be updated with data changes in Excel, not the other way round.

aThe best methodis to have a SQL database on the backend that would contain
your data. Then you can use it and display it in both InfoPath and Excel by
linking each to it.

Check out the Database Accelerator at http://www.qdabra.com. This is a
common scenario which it is used for.
