Embedded Excel Spreadsheet won't print to PDF

I have a very simple spreadsheet embedded in a visio org chart and, while the
chart converts to PDF just fine, the spreadsheet just comes out like a black
box.
What's going on??!?

I'm using Visio 2003 and Adobe Acrobal 8 Pro.
