A lot of my email (not all) looks like this:

With the removed graphic files all displaying at the bottom of the note and as attachments. I'm not getting any yellow bar to download images (no red Xs)...these are just being stripped out of the main note and then included farther down. Is it the way the sender has encoded their outgoing email? In Preferences I have the box checked for "Display complex HTML in messages" and I also have the "Download pictures In all messages" radio button selected.

Thanks

A lot of my email (not all) looks like this:

Most likely it's a badly formed HTML message. Are they always from the same
source or is all your HTML mail like this?

Test using these steps to eliminate YOUR computer:

1) you can eliminate your Identity by creating a new Identity in Entourage
and see if you experience the same problem.

2) if a new Identity still exhibits the same issues, then create a new User
in System Preferences and test Entourage there.

3) If the problems still exist in the new User, it's a problem with your
Office install or your base OS files.

If you don't find the source of the problem in the steps above, can you
"Forward as Attachment" an example to me off list?
