experienced mac and entourage user. 2 machines: laptop running 10.5 and office X as well as iMac running 10.4 and just upgraded to Office 2008 today. Few weeks ago iMac (10.4) started to show email display problems. Typically subscription emails with complex embedded images (e.g. airlines, hotel booking engines etc). The emails do not display properly as before and can only be viewed in browser. No such problems on laptop. As far as I can tell all the right boxes for HTML options are checked in Entourage. Upgrading to Office 2008 (12.1.5) has made no difference except that it shows the option to "download pictures" in individual emails. This does not help either as it produces no significant additional imagery. Anyone got any ideas? Can send example email on request.

Quit Entourage. Delete these files in Users/[YourUserName]/Library/Caches.
Restart Entourage.

com.microsoft.browserfont.cache
tasmanbrowser.cache

If the above does not work, check for corrupt font caches.

In Entourage 2008 preferences be sure you have selected the correct options
in Security and View.

I'm not sure if the problem exists on Entourage X and/or Entourage 2008. In
Entourage 2008 there is a security feature that blocks attachments.

If you installed the Safari 4 beta. Uninstall. Creates all sorts of problems
in Entourage at this time.

Use "Forward as Attachment" and send me an example.
