Embedded media player

I'm trying to create a FP2003 page which uses an embedded media player
ActiveX component to play a video from a list / hyperlink. Does anybody
have any example code of how this can be done, I've looked at ASX files and
HTMLView but seem to be stuck!

Any help or advise would be appreciated.

Most people will already have a media player of some kind or other. Why
don't you just link to the file?
