Embedded OLE objects and mouseover events

Hi,

I'm trying to perform the following:

1 - Insert an OLE link to the contents of an Excel spreadsheet cell in
the Text element of a shape.
2 - Upon this link receiving a mouseover event, display a custom
tooltip

Can anyone tell me if this is possible without extensive coding?
Having browsed the Visio object library it appears that MouseOver
events aren't received by any objects.

Since posting this I've done some digging and found other articles
asking about mouse events. The MouseMove event isn't in Visio 2002
so it must be a new thing. I could upgrade but even then I believe
I'm going to have to write a control to get the functionality I
need
